Candice leverages 20+ years of corporate experience starting at Dun & Bradstreet (helping all size businesses), then leveraging her finance degree for businesses ranging from startups to Global Billion-dollar companies such as P&G has allowed me to develop skills to educate business owners quickly and effectively.

Later enhancing my skill sets as a continual learner by becoming Scrum/Agile certified, Certified International Coach, master's in executive leadership, Lean Six Sigma Certified and most recently an Author/Speaker allows me to walk in any situation and lead change with agility by successfully applying the right strategies in the correct order, to grow your business to its maximum capacity.

What truly separates me from others is not my experience, rather that combined with my personal passion to bounce back with tenacity after my 2nd child was born and life hit me with a postpartum stroke & Brain hemorrhage. Then fighting my way back to my “normal career” only to be laid off from my then progressive and “successful career”. I am on a personal mission more than ever to see businesses grow and thrive not just professionally but to win in life holistically enabling personal balance!
